How much Does Counselling Cost?

10-15 minute phone call to see if we feel we can work together and make an appointment (if required) for an  Assessment. Please contact me to arrange a time to talk 

50 minute session, in-person with parent(s)/guardian and the young person to explore how we might work together with the issue(s) you are facing.  

Please note, the parent(s)/guardian is usually only present for the first 15-20 minutes.

50 minute, confidential  in-person session with the child or young person

A discretionary charge may apply for more complex reports or letters (e.g. for schools or doctors). I will discuss this with you in advance.

50 minute in person or online meeting to identify your current/past issues, hopes and goals for counselling and consider any factors which may impact your Counselling. 

I am able to offer a reduced rate for a 50 minute session between 12PM and 3PM

Occasionally, I may have availability for reduced rate afternoon/ evening sessions between 3PM and 6PM. Please contact me to enquire

I do not charge for basic course admin tasks such as signing off on therapy hours completed. More complex admin tasks may incur a small charge which we would discuss and agree in advance.
